- Put the parts together in Audacity and end up with 3 tracks
- Export the file with ID3 Info as an MPG file.
- Add album art
- Back up the work
- Post the podcast on the class web site
- Post a link to the podcast in the discussion board
I wanted to build on the file I used for Lesson 2, so I chose "personal" as the type.
It has an Intro, one segment, and an ending and is 3 minutes in length.
I used Timeshift, fade-in and fade-out, Noise Removal, Normalize, and Amplify.
It is ~ 4 MB, and I don't know how to make it smaller. The Intro is 8 seconds and includes a song; segment is 127 seconds, the ending is in two parts with a song lasting 22 seconds total, and a credits section of 38 seconds.
I didn't finish reading this until I had the file done. I put everything on one track. I revised it to make two tracks with one song as the second track.
